Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows using cloud technologies
• Build and enhance data products across the full lifecycle, from prototyping to production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
• Develop and optimize data models, data warehouses, and analytical datasets
• Improve data quality, lineage, and reliability through governance and validation practices
• Support the creation of dashboards, KPIs, and visualization products for business stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant professional experience in data engineering or analytics
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, Step Functions, IAM)
• Strong SQL skills with experience designing and implementing data models or data warehouses
• Proficiency in Python and experience working with distributed processing frameworks (e.g., PySpark or similar)
• Experience with version control tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables (DLT), or Microsoft Fabric
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Exposure to GenAI tools and building data or analytics agents
• Experience working in cloud-based lakehouse architectures
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial domain
