About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to provide technical consulting and configure the elluminate platform
- Design, develop, test, and deploy efficient SQL code for SDTM, custom reports, and visualizations
- Guide and support a team of data engineers on technical service delivery activities
- Manage multiple timelines and deliverables for various clients
- Provide proactive technical support for client-reported tickets
- Facilitate client onboarding workshops and conduct end-user training sessions
- Create and maintain specifications and quality control documents according to SOPs
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in backend, database, or warehouse architecture design and development
- Proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, and PL/SQL programming
- Knowledge of data platforms such as SQL Server, DB2, or Teradata
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of clinical trial data standards (CDISC ODM, SDTM, or ADAM)
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Life Science industry
- Understanding of Cloud/Hybrid data architecture concepts
- Experience with data reporting tools like Qlik, Tableau, or Spotfire
- Familiarity with Python, R, AWS, Azure, or Spark
