Data Engineer IAM Senior

Responsibilities

• Connect and integrate data from HR, IAM, and ITSM systems
• Design and develop batch and streaming ETL/ELT pipelines
• Build unified data models around identities and permissions
• Perform mappings between users, roles, access rights, and applications
• Participate in the implementation of an Identity Graph for consolidated visibility
• Define and automate IAM data quality controls
• Identify orphan accounts, duplicates, and inconsistencies between repositories
• Implement data freshness and completeness indicators

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Data Engineering
• Master's degree (Bac+4/5)
• Strong knowledge of IAM / IGA environments
• Mastery of ETL/ELT architectures and data integration
• Experience with solutions such as Saviynt, Okta, Entra ID, or ServiceNow
• Understanding of identity governance, roles, permissions, and account lifecycles
• Knowledge of IAM standards and protocols (LDAP, SCIM, SSO, OAuth2, OIDC)
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Rigor and attention to detail regarding data quality and reliability
