Data Engineer, Data360 & Tableau

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and data models to support Customer 360 initiatives and enterprise reporting.
• Build and optimize Tableau dashboards, executive reporting, and customer intelligence solutions to drive strategic decision-making.
• Integrate data across Salesforce and other enterprise systems to create a unified view of customers, referral sources, and business performance.
• Ensure data quality, governance, consistency, and reliability across all reporting platforms and data environments.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to define requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Support customer segmentation, forecasting, and growth-focused reporting initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Data360, Customer 360 solutions, or similar customer data platforms.
• Advanced Tableau development, data visualization, and reporting experience.
• Proven experience building and maintaining ETL processes, data pipelines, and enterprise data models.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and data quality best practices.
• Ability to work onsite at our El Segundo, CA office 5 days per week.

• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience working within high-growth organizations.
