Data Engineer Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, validation, and publication processes across cloud platforms, relational databases, and data lakes.
• Build datasets, consumption tables, and reading models to support digital applications, operational reports, and critical business processes.
• Monitor production pipelines, resolve incidents, optimize performance, and ensure operational continuity across DEV, QA, STG, and PRD environments.
• Integrate SAP and non-SAP sources while applying business rules, reconciliations, and quality controls to ensure data consistency.
• Document processes, dependencies, lineage, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Architecture, QA, Product, and Security teams.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Systems, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering.
• Expertise in Azure and Azure Data Factory.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with ETL/ELT and data modeling.
• Proficiency with Git/CI-CD, version control, and DataOps practices.
• Experience working with production environments, data validation, and query optimization.
• Technical English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
• Knowledge of medallion architectures, microservices, and commercial analytics.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary or regional teams.
