About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver enterprise dashboards and reports using Power BI to convert complex data into interactive visual insights.
  • Develop scalable data models and datasets using DAX and Power Query to enable real-time analytics.
  • Perform ETL/ELT processes, including data integration, cleansing, and transformation across Azure, SQL, and APIs.
  • Implement performance optimization, data governance, and security protocols such as Row-Level Security (RLS).
  • Design and develop low-code applications using Power Apps and Dataverse, and automate business workflows with Power Automate.
  • Build and manage cloud-native data pipelines using Azure SQL, Data Lake, Synapse, or Fabric.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in data engineering or analytics.
  • Expert proficiency in Power BI (Dashboards, DAX, Power Query) and data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
  • Strong command of SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with Azure data services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Data Lake).
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Synapse Analytics.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML or predictive analytics.
  • Experience with real-time streaming data and integration with enterprise applications like ERP or ServiceNow.
