Responsibilities

• Build and own core data models connecting product usage, accounts, revenue, and customer health
• Create trusted sources of truth for metrics including ARR, retention, and usage-based revenue
• Build pipelines across product telemetry, CRM, billing, and marketing systems
• Partner with Engineering and Product to improve product data quality and consistency
• Build dashboards and self-serve reporting for Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Finance
• Use AI to automate operational workflows, reporting, and data QA
• Design the data layer for future AI-native business operations

Requirements

• 10+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data architecture
• Deep experience with SQL, data modeling, pipelines, and orchestration
• Strong experience building data systems in developer tools, infrastructure, or AI environments
• Experience working across product telemetry, CRM, billing, and finance systems
• Strong understanding of GTM team operations (Sales, RevOps, Marketing)
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate coding and operational tasks
• Ability to operate as a solo data hire in a startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with usage-based pricing or product-led growth models
• Experience building revenue intelligence or customer health systems
• Experience working at high-growth startups
• Experience building or using AI agents for internal operations
