About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop AI solutions and provide strategic support for AI initiatives.
- Design, integrate, and maintain scalable data pipeline architectures to meet business needs.
- Manage large, complex datasets and architect data structures for optimal ETL processes using SQL and big data technologies.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, infrastructure redesign, and performance optimization.
- Build analytics tools to provide actionable insights on operational efficiency and business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Design to solve technical challenges.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and integrity through strict access controls and governance standards.
- Maintain and operate Data Warehouse and Data Lake structures.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or AI Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python (essential).
- Experience with R, Java, or C++.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of MLOps practices, including CI/CD for models and model versioning (e.g., MLflow, DVC).
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialized knowledge in NLP or Computer Vision.
- Expertise in optimization algorithms and model quality control.
- Knowledge of AI ethics and governance.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate.
