10+ years of experience managing Data Engineering programs
Proven experience in techno-managerial or delivery lead roles
Strong expertise in Oracle GoldenGate (OGG), SQL Server, and Azure data services
Experience with data migration and creating data pipelines
Knowledge of Medallion architecture
Strong understanding of database replication and Change Data Capture (CDC)
Working knowledge of Azure Data Services including Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory
Proficiency in DevOps practices and networking
Strong leadership, communication, and ownership mindset
