Data Engineer-AI

Responsibilities

• Oversee data mining using modern tools and programming languages to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models of moderate complexity to surface actionable business insights.
• Drive the implementation of models to uncover patterns and predictions that create business value and innovation.
• Partner with data engineering teams across multiple business lines to build data pipelines and improve data assets, quality, and metrics.
• Create visualizations and communications to effectively showcase findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead project teams of data science professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentoring to less experienced staff.
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing methodologies by developing new data sources and fine-tuning model parameters.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 4-7 years of work experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with predictive and prescriptive modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Programming language certifications in SQL, Python, or similar.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Apache Spark.
• Proficiency in R and Tableau.
• Knowledge of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Data Mining.
