Data-Driven Growth Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own GEO search authority across LLMs like Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity using structured data and JSON-LD
• Plan and optimize full-funnel paid digital marketing across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Drive user growth through programmatic experimentation and cohort analysis
• Build AI workflow and agent engineering pipelines using n8n, Make, and prompt libraries
• Develop closed-loop attribution models connecting GA4, social pixels, and CRM
• Operate lead engine stacks to achieve rapid lead capture and scoring
• Collaborate cross-functionally with social, creative, and engineering teams

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or SEO/GEO
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven track record in CPL and CAC optimization on major social platforms
• Hands-on experience with technical SEO and LLM-based search ecosystems
• Proficiency in SQL and working-level Python or JavaScript
• Experience with n8n, Make, GA4, GTM, and CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling high-consideration hardware like automotive or robotics
• Familiarity with the modern AI growth stack (OpenClaw, ManyChat, Claude Code)
• Experience designing attribution models from scratch
• Background in content commerce ecosystems
