Data & Digital Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and manage data pipelines that integrate data from enterprise systems, vendor sources, and operational environments
• Develop internal digital applications and tools to streamline installation, maintenance, and service workflows
• Structure and model data to enable analytics use cases, reporting, and operational decision-making
• Consolidate knowledge from multiple sources into user-friendly tools for field teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Service, IT, and Product to deliver scalable solutions
• Enhance the user experience and usability of tools used by field engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional industry experience
• Experience in data integration and engineering (ETL/ELT, APIs, SQL/NoSQL)
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Experience with web application development and mobile/handheld devices
• Solid understanding of data modeling and working with multiple data sources

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI-enabled applications
• Experience building engineering tools, diagnostic interfaces, or HMIs (e.g., Python frameworks, LabVIEW)
• Familiarity with knowledge management systems or search platforms
• Experience with BI tools and dashboarding such as Power BI or Tableau
