Data Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and optimize the demand flow for data services including Governance, Architecture, AI, Engineering, and Visualization
• Manage the end-to-end process of receiving, analyzing, prioritizing, and tracking business demands via JIRA
• Manage the global backlog to ensure alignment with business value
• Implement and lead Agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum Sprints
• Coordinate with technical leaders to eliminate blockers and optimize team velocity
• Manage business stakeholders, including data owners and stewards, regarding delivery expectations
• Develop performance reports including SLA, Cycle Time, Velocity, and Burndown Charts

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field
• 3-5 years of experience in data service delivery or IT project management
• Proven experience in stakeholder and business user management
• Ability to translate business concepts into technical data architecture terms
• Expert proficiency in JIRA Service Management and Jira Software
• Deep knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• English level B2
