Data Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single accountable leader for study-level data management, driving quality, delivery, and cross-functional alignment globally.
• Lead the development and execution of the Data Management Plan and Integrated Data Review Plan (IDRP).
• Drive database build, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live readiness in partnership with design and acquisition teams.
• Oversee study conduct activities including data cleaning, query management, reconciliation, and database lock preparation.
• Monitor study data metrics such as eCRF entry, query aging, and reconciliation backlogs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Proactively resolve issues and lead data deliverables to ensure high-quality outputs.

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree OR Master’s Degree with 2 years of experience in life science, computer science, or business administration.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Background in life science, computer science, or business administration.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of work experience in life sciences, including 3 years of biopharmaceutical clinical research experience in biotech, pharma, or a CRO.
• Experience working across clinical trial teams in multiple geographies to deliver global trials.
• Experience in the management and oversight of external vendors such as CROs, central labs, or imaging vendors.
