About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage operational and research datasets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity
- Perform data entry, validation, and reconciliation activities in accordance with established procedures
- Assist with data tracking, reporting, and documentation for ongoing projects
- Support the maintenance and organization of research databases and data systems
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with faculty and research staff to support project coordination and data needs
- Identify and resolve routine to moderately complex data issues using established guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of related experience in data coordination, administration, or database support
- Experience working with data systems such as REDCap, Progeny, or similar databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
