Data Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage sub-project document deliveries to designers, contractors, and external parties via web forums
• Coordinate technical documentation and manage deliverables for systems such as Athena and BEST-A
• Ensure final deliveries meet requirements according to delivery lists
• Implement project IT routines within sub-projects
• Manage sub-project workspaces on web forums
• Develop relationship and maintenance documentation using input from contractors and designers

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Coordinator or equivalent in infrastructure projects
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CAD/BIM coordination for track facilities under Mark
• Minimum 2 years of project work experience in infrastructure, civil engineering, industry, or construction
• Experience working within project management models such as PPS, PROPS, PRINCE2, or XLPM

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Coordinator or equivalent in infrastructure projects
