Data Coordinator and Infrastructure Designer

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement effective work processes for unified and structured information management
• Support project management and teams through guidance, training, and support in document and information management
• Coordinate and quality-assure documents before delivery and manage delivery to client systems
• Participate in reviews and support project management with review routines to ensure high information quality
• Act as the primary contact for the client's digital project management specialist
• Contribute to development activities to improve and streamline work methods
• Design roads and terrain as part of the infrastructure design role

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in data coordination within construction and infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of information and document management systems (e.g., ProjectWise and Chaos)
• Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD and Bentley MicroStation
• Understanding of the design process (e.g., road/railway plans, system documents, construction documents)
• Academic degree or equivalent knowledge
• Proficiency in Swedish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Trafikverket projects
• Knowledge of BIM and 3D model coordination
• Skills in programming, scripting, and automation
