Data Controller

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure data management procedures are followed throughout project lifecycles
• Coordinate the secure flow of operational data between offshore and onshore locations
• Set up and administer project data accounts and user access
• Administer onshore, offshore, and cloud-based data storage systems
• Support the development and integration of data acquisition and management systems
• Assist in the development of data quality control (QC) and analysis tools
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and third-party providers regarding data management and storage requirements
• Ensure data integrity and security are maintained at all times

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data management or IT-focused roles
• Understanding of IT systems, networking, and data management principles
• Experience with cloud storage platforms and virtual machine environments
• Knowledge of offshore operations is beneficial
• Experience with data acquisition systems is desirable
