About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain data dictionaries, data classification, and data lifecycle management practices
- Manage physical and system security, including servers and user access
- Support data stewardship, standardization, metadata management, and quality improvement
- Utilize Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems to control data access
- Perform data validation, auditing, and resolution of quality issues
- Identify suitable data storage systems and manage data versioning
- Ensure compliance with KSA data protection laws and industry regulations
- Assist in ETL processes for business intelligence and reporting
- Collaborate with business users to provide data insights
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in a related field
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE)
- Experience in IT, Data Solutions, Networking, or Cybersecurity
