Data Cloud Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Zeta’s Data Cloud, supporting new business and existing client meetings through platform demos and use case development
• Leverage proprietary data solutions to identify key insights and opportunities to support the sales organization from pre-sales to execution
• Run analysis on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data sets to develop client-facing business cases and pitches
• Provide front-line support for internal Data Cloud inquiries, including training, onboarding, and product updates
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including account, creative, and operations teams, to support client presentations and deliverables
• Manage Data Cloud deliverables for sales business units, such as custom reports, audience creations, and insights generation
• Track Data Cloud-supported pipeline across all business units

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales, business development, or sales enablement
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on data strategy and audience analytics
• Experience in client-facing roles, specifically interacting with Director and C-Level executives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build business cases and craft client-oriented solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales role specifically within the SaaS industry
• Confident public speaking skills with experience presenting to large internal and external audiences
