Data Centre Warehouse Operative

About the Company

ATC is a global logistics, white-glove, and technical services specialist for data centers. As part of the Arvato Group, we provide specialist IT transport, relocations, and full data center commissioning and decommissioning services.

Responsibilities

• Unload, unpack using power tools, and position customer IT hardware and server racks
• Attend client sites on time with required equipment, uniform, and PPE
• Follow client health, safety, and security procedures
• Communicate effectively with managers, planners, and team leaders regarding arrival times, delays, and safety concerns
• Complete daily checklists and administrative reports
• Provide professional customer service to clients and colleagues

Requirements

• Valid class B driving licence with a good driving record
• Basic experience with hand and power tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Email
• English language proficiency at B1 level
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a data center, logistics, or construction environment
• Ability to be flexible and travel for work
• Ability to complete checklists in Excel or Teams
