Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites as scheduled, following all safety, security, and operational procedures
• Install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain fibre and copper cabling infrastructure
• Perform cabling activities in server racks, including patching, dressing, and cable management
• Conduct routine inspections of IT, server, and network equipment
• Install, relocate, disconnect, and decommission network, server, and storage equipment
• Support infrastructure upgrades, including laying additional fibre and copper cabling
• Maintain accurate records, complete daily reports, and update stakeholders on work progress
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and vendors

Requirements

• Understanding of networking concepts, cabling standards, and best practices
• Experience installing and troubleshooting structured cabling (copper and fibre)
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools such as OTDR, VFL, and power meters
• Basic understanding of networking hardware, including routers and switches
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Email
• C1 level proficiency in English
• Prior experience in a data centre, logistics or construction environment
• Ability to be flexible and travel for work
• Right to work in the EU/EEA
