Responsibilities

• Attend client sites on time with required equipment, uniform, and PPE
• Unload, unpack, and position IT hardware and server racks using power tools
• Perform physical lifting of up to 30-40 kg, with occasional exertion up to 50 kg
• Cable server racks by patching and dressing fibre and copper cables
• Provide professional customer service to clients and colleagues
• Follow all health, safety, and security procedures
• Communicate arrival times, delays, and safety concerns to managers
• Complete daily checklists and administrative reports

Requirements

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina for lifting, carrying, and moving objects
• Valid class B driving licence with a good driving record
• Basic experience with hand and power tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Email
• English proficiency at C1 level
• Dutch proficiency at A2 level
• Right to work in the EU/EEA

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a data centre, logistics, or construction environment
• Ability to travel for work
• Experience with structured cabling installation (fibre and copper)
