Data Center Supply Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the quote to cash process for Data Center customers with all relevant operational and supply information
• Act as the primary point of contact for data center customers and sales teams
• Represent Operations in front of data center customers, providing real-time updates on planning and deliveries
• Coordinate with global sales and demand planning regarding customer forecasting and supply allocations
• Manage customer support inquiries including order status, delivery dates, and supplier shipping documents
• Maintain and handle the suppliers database
• Provide a unified view of the global supply chain for data center customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, field coordination, or project support
• Familiarity with logistics, service scheduling, or supply chain dependencies
• Strong communication and expectation management skills
• Understanding of S&OP, operations planning, and logistics dependencies
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer touchpoints and coordinate across internal teams
• Ability to identify risks early and escalate issues appropriately in high-volume environments
