Fluidstack is focused on delivering gigawatts of compute infrastructure for AI. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them with teams spanning hardware and software to build civilization-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction for large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure from groundbreaking through commissioning
• Own daily site operations, coordinating trades, subcontractors, GC relationships, and union representatives
• Enforce safety and quality standards and drive schedules to aggressive delivery milestones
• Read and interpret complex structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings, specs, and RFIs
• Manage on-site logistics, materials, and equipment coordination
• Report progress to internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements

• Experience leading on-site construction on large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors, GC relationships, and union representatives
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards (OSHA, NFPA, NEC)
• Ability to fluently read complex structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings, specs, and RFIs
• Experience managing schedules, logistics, and on-site materials and equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Hyperscale data center construction experience (50MW+, $100M+ budgets)
• Experience with liquid cooling or high-density power builds
• Commissioning oversight experience
