Data Center Service Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing data center and network installation projects
• Manage day-to-day operations including run operations, repairs, safety, and reporting
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and risk management
• Oversee resource allocation for personnel, equipment, and materials
• Implement quality control measures to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure financial adherence
• Prepare regular status reports and performance metrics for stakeholders
• Lead post-project reviews to identify process improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience managing global technical teams and enterprise network deployments
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including routers, switches, and dynamic routing protocols
• Experience with circuit troubleshooting and change control processes
• Experience in service management and meeting SLAs
• Solid understanding of ITIL or equivalent service management frameworks
• Ability to travel to different sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Data Center operations and cloud computing
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure deployments
• Data-driven approach to service delivery optimization
