Data Center Senior QA/QC-Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee Quality Field Execution by managing daily quality and commissioning construction activities on-site
• Coordinate general contractors, trade partners, and vendors to ensure alignment with project milestones
• Support system commissioning, testing, and seamless turnover of facilities in collaboration with engineering teams
• Enforce safety standards to maintain a zero-incident work environment
• Monitor construction progress against master schedules and coordinate mitigation strategies
• Ensure all construction activities meet QA/QC standards and design specifications
• Maintain close communication with internal design, engineering, construction, and operations teams
• Ensure regulatory and code compliance by working with local authorities and inspectors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical projects
• Deep understanding of construction delivery models, risk management, and vendor oversight
• Technical fluency across MEP systems
• Proven success managing and coordinating commissioning efforts
• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, BIM 360, Bluebeam, MS Project, and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• LEED certification
