Data Center Senior Critical Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of site support professionals to ensure consistent delivery of support services across the campus in alignment with Oracle standards.
• Partner with Facilities Operations leadership, service teams, logistics, compliance, and site leadership to improve execution quality.
• Maintain strong process discipline and ensure the site-support model scales with operational complexity.
• Support safe, efficient, and well-governed site execution in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.
• Coach, organize, and develop support staff while maintaining accurate, audit-ready records.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in critical facilities management, data center operations, or mission-critical infrastructure.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, mechanical/HVAC systems, generators, and UPS systems.
• Experience with incident response, outage management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
• Ability to work onsite in Saline, Michigan.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Facilities, Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with CMMS, ServiceNow, or other maintenance workflow and document control systems.
• Experience in high-availability environments such as industrial, healthcare, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office or similar business systems.
