Data Center Security Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce physical security standards across Nebius data centers and partner facilities
• Oversee facility access requests, approvals, and revocations according to least privilege principles
• Conduct periodic security inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits
• Lead and document security incident investigations and ensure timely remediation
• Maintain alignment with global security frameworks and compliance standards like ISO 27001 and SOC 2
• Support internal and external audits with required evidence and documentation
• Develop and deliver security training for employees, vendors, and visitors
• Serve as the local point of contact for physical security, coordinating with operations, facilities, and IT teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in physical security operations, preferably in data centers or critical infrastructure
• Strong understanding of physical security technologies including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with productivity tools like Google Workspace and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in law enforcement, military, or corporate security
• Relevant certifications such as PSP, CPP, CPTED, Genetec, or Axis
