Data Center Project Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Center project team, overseeing business development and operations
• Participate in projects from proposal preparation to execution, monitoring, and closure
• Coordinate teams of architects and engineers
• Manage client relationships and account management
• Prepare technical reports, plans, specifications, measurements, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with regulations and established quality standards

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (homologated in Spain)
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including international environments
• At least 5 years of direct responsibility in critical infrastructure construction (data centers, industrial facilities, hospitals, etc.)
• Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding €15M
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams in technical management roles
• Proven experience in account management and business development
• Fluency in English and Spanish
