Data Center Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects to meet service delivery objectives and meet SLA/OLAs
• Perform troubleshooting for service incidents and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders
• Follow and adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) of incidents
• Manage relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure expectations are met
• Proactively review schedules to avoid conflicts and identify potential customer impacts
• Suggest ways to reduce maintenance risks and work with teams to accommodate scheduling needs
• Hold self-accountability for end-to-end service quality, availability, and customer experience

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent AND 1+ years of industry experience
• OR 2+ years of industry experience and college coursework
• Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check
• Citizenship verification required (must be able to verify citizenship with a valid passport)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Critical Environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS, Generator, AHU)
• Experience working with physical IT infrastructures (e.g., Servers, SANs, Networking, Capacity, DC Rack/Enclosures, structured cabling)
• Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, PMP, ITIL, or CDCP
