Data Center Project Manager

About the Company

Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive amounts of compute infrastructure for AI. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them with teams spanning hardware and software to build civilization-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, budgeting, and risk management for global data centers
• Build integrated schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
• Own project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and change-order governance
• Facilitate phase-gate and design reviews and manage contract lifecycles
• Identify critical-path and long-lead risks and drive mitigation
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams including project managers and superintendents

Requirements

• Experience leading project management on hyperscale data center, large industrial, or infrastructure builds
• Deep knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical scopes
• Expertise with scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Proficiency with cost and collaboration tools such as Procore, Excel, Smartsheet, or Confluence
• Ability to travel 50%+ to active sites as required

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI-PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
• Construction management qualification
• Experience with multi-region fast-track delivery
