Responsibilities
- Install, deploy, and configure server and network hardware
- Maintain accurate asset records during part replacement
- Work rotating shifts or on-call to meet 24/7 SLAs
- Prioritize and resolve tickets to maintain system reliability
- Assist in network troubleshooting through cabling diagnosis and replacement
- Act as the first on-site responder for infrastructure incidents
- Support initiatives and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
Requirements
- Experience deploying and supporting server and network hardware in a live data center at scale
- Deep troubleshooting skills for server hardware (POST, BIOS, PXE, IPMI, BMC)
- Proficiency with network protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet) and hardware (switches, routers, copper, fiber)
- Fluency in Linux environments
- Ability to work on-call and rotating shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hyperscale or high-density AI infrastructure
- Experience managing GPU server fleets
- Scripting skills in Python or Bash
- Knowledge of structured cabling
