Data Center Procurement/Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and sourcing for data center construction categories including General Contractors, Architects, and Engineers
• Act as the Client's representative on data center campuses and infrastructure projects
• Lead project-level sourcing, procurement, and contract administration
• Manage the full RFP process via e-tendering platforms
• Prepare commercial assessments of bidder proposals and award recommendations
• Provide contractual support and advice on change orders during weekly triage meetings
• Manage the overall Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and final account close-outs

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, or Quantity Surveying
• Proven experience in the construction industry
• Experience supporting large-scale construction programs and projects
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Project Management
• Knowledge of international construction industry standards and practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in data center construction
• Experience supporting global clients on international projects
