Data Center Procurement/Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee sourcing, procurement, and contract support for data center construction programs
• Act as Client Representative for data center campuses and associated infrastructure projects
• Manage the RFP process via e-tendering platforms and coordinate bidder communications
• Prepare commercial assessments of bidder proposals and manage award recommendations
• Provide contractual support and advice on potential change orders during weekly triage meetings
• Manage the overall Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and project close-out activities
• Coordinate supply chain activities from front-end planning through delivery and execution

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, or Quantity Surveying
• Proven experience in the construction industry
• Experience supporting large-scale construction programs and projects
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Project Management
• Knowledge of international construction industry standards and practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in data center construction
• Experience supporting global clients on international projects
