Data Center Operations Site Lead

Responsibilities

• Take independent responsibility for one or more data centers, leading performance analyses and monitoring facility health.
• Lead on-the-ground teams in incident resolution and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive operational improvements.
• Oversee new region builds and expansion activities, serving as the primary liaison for project teams and engineering.
• Manage facility maintenance, including power, cooling, security, and physical infrastructure upgrades.
• Implement advanced automation and monitoring tools to mitigate risks and optimize data center efficiency.
• Coordinate installations, repairs, inventory management, and logistics for component upgrades.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in data center operations or infrastructure management.
• Proven experience in incident management and executing crisis management protocols.
• Strong expertise in performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing process improvements.
• Experience with capacity planning and performance trend analysis (temperature, power, availability).
• Ability to manage complex technical issues and lead cross-functional coordination.
