Data Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in daily data center operations, including monitoring, configuration, and break/fix activities
• Serve as the primary escalation point for incident resolution and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and engineers to ensure high performance
• Oversee vendor and colocation activities, ensuring efficient execution and issue resolution
• Drive capacity planning efforts and implement process improvements to ensure scalability
• Lead and execute data center projects, including deployments, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades
• Manage data center assets, inventory, and support budgeting through procurement oversight

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data center operations or similar infrastructure environments
• Proven experience in hands-on technical roles and in a leadership or supervisory capacity
• Strong technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, including compute, networking, and facilities systems
• Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and project execution skills
• Experience managing vendors and colocation environments
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) for global stakeholder coordination
• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, high-availability environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting data center build-outs, deployments, or infrastructure upgrades
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC, ISO, or PCI
