Data Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in daily data center operations, including monitoring, configuration, and break/fix activities
• Serve as the primary escalation point for incident resolution and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and engineers to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Oversee vendor and colocation activities, ensuring efficient execution and issue resolution
• Drive capacity planning, asset management, and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Lead and execute data center projects, including deployments, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades
• Manage site performance, reliability, and efficiency across all infrastructure systems

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in data center operations or similar infrastructure environments
• Proven experience in hands-on technical roles within a data center
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity, specifically as a working manager
• Strong technical knowledge of compute, networking fundamentals, and facilities systems
• Experience managing vendors and colocation environments
• Strong project execution, operational planning, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting data center build-outs, deployments, or infrastructure upgrades
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC, ISO, or PCI
