Data Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers and technicians to ensure efficient global data center operations.
• Oversee the monitoring, configuration, and support of all global infrastructure to achieve a 100% uptime goal.
• Act as the primary escalation point for vendor management, colocation issues, and incident resolution.
• Drive data center capacity planning and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and performance.
• Manage end-to-end data center migration projects and large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, procurement, and asset management to optimize expenditures.
• Provide strategic leadership in the architecture and management of robust data center infrastructure.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience running large-scale data centers and global networks.
• 7+ years of experience in managerial or leadership roles.
• 10+ years of experience in colocation management.
• 5+ years of experience in data center compliance management (SOC, SOC2, PCI, ISO).
• Strong technical knowledge in data center infrastructure architecture.
• Proven experience in vendor and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in capacity planning and asset management.
• Exceptional project management and strategic leadership skills.
