Data Center Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, fiscal processes, and supplier liaison for Data Center Operations in Korea
• Oversee inventory cycle counts, shipments, maintenance, stock control, and reverse logistics
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations
• Manage public and confidential Data Center information and communications
• Align with financial and inventory management teams to support operational excellence
• Gather data and generate, publish, and present metrics across various areas
• Document, update, and publish new operational processes

Requirements

• 1+ years of logistics operations experience
• Experience supporting inventory cycle counts, shipments, and stock control functions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma concepts
• Experience using computer applications such as Ticket, Wiki, or Salesforce
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
