About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform systems installation and removal
- Follow procedures for simple installations and consumable replacements
- Document and report on completed work
- Assist with specified maintenance procedures
- Install and test new versions of system software and operating systems
- Contribute to software implementation procedures and contingency plans
- Support routine infrastructure operations under supervision
- Perform simple security administration tasks and maintain documentation
- Assist in investigating and resolving network problems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or currently enrolled)
- Basic understanding of PC and/or MacBook hardware and software
- Experience in customer service roles
- Excellent written and spoken technical English
- Detail-oriented mindset with ability to execute repetitive tasks
- Proactive mindset with ability to work with minimal direction
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA certifications
