Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to IT hardware to ensure continuous infrastructure support
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to address technical challenges
• Install, upgrade, and dismantle hardware based on operational requirements
• Manage and maintain connectivity for fiber optic cables and patch cords
• Plan, execute, and monitor regular IT tasks to improve infrastructure operations
• Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) following established procedures
• Develop comprehensive documentation for hardware configuration and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and executives

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving server hardware issues
• Solid understanding of data center operations and server/network equipment principles
• Basic proficiency in Linux and command-line tools
• Practical experience with server IT hardware, enterprise network switches, and fiber optic cables
• Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and graph creation
• Proactive and goal-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Driving License (Category B)
• Project planning skills
