About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform cycle audits and maintain accurate physical inventory tracking and staging
- Execute incoming and outgoing deliveries and document all inbound/outbound shipments
- Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claims and process failed hardware via RMA processes
- Maintain up-to-date logical information within inventory management systems and asset repositories
- Perform destruction of data-bearing devices (DBD) in compliance with company policies and SLAs
- Reconcile and report inventory discrepancies to management
- Comply with all security and data management policies
Requirements
- High School Diploma and experience in warehouse, supply chain, or inventory management
- Experience working within an Information Technology (IT) environment
- Valid driver's license (required for travel between sites)
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating heavy-load movement equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or chassis lifts
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management for a large corporation
