Data Center Infrastructure Engineering Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate infrastructure goals into workstream charters, milestones, and execution plans
• Build and maintain integrated execution plans for network, controls, and data hall deployment
• Coordinate across network, controls, structural, electrical, mechanical, and construction teams
• Work with third-party design teams to define milestones from concept through detailed design
• Maintain dependency maps, issue logs, risk registers, and decision logs
• Manage partner and vendor deliverables including submittals and installation assumptions
• Drive readiness tracking for 1P, 3P, colo, and CSP programs
• Prepare status updates and executive-ready summaries for stakeholders

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in engineering program management or mission-critical infrastructure delivery
• Proven experience in data center deployment or complex execution environments
• Technical fluency in data hall deployment, network interfaces, or controls coordination
• Experience building integrated schedules, risk registers, and dependency maps
• Experience coordinating external vendors, design firms, and delivery teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Construction Management, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with hyperscale data centers, AI infrastructure, or HPC environments
• Experience with high-density data hall or HAC-related design
• Familiarity with 1P, 3P, colocation, and cloud service provider delivery models
• Comfort with technical documentation such as one-line diagrams, P&IDs, and network diagrams
