Data Center Infrastructure Engineering Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure programs focused on network integration, controls coordination, and the design and deployment of data hall or whitespace facilities.
• Translate infrastructure goals into clear workstream charters, milestones, success metrics, and execution plans.
• Build and maintain integrated execution plans covering network, controls, data hall design, and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, structural, hardware integration, and construction.
• Manage third-party design teams and external vendors to ensure design milestones and deliverables are met.
• Maintain critical program controls including dependency maps, risk registers, issue logs, and decision logs.
• Drive readiness tracking for various deployment models, including 1P, 3P, colocation, and CSP programs.
• Prepare executive-ready status updates and dashboards for leadership and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in engineering program management or technical program management.
• Proven experience in mission-critical infrastructure delivery or data center deployment.
• Technical fluency in disciplines such as network interfaces, controls coordination, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs from concept through design, construction, and operational handoff.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with high-stakes operational risks and shifting requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Construction Management, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with hyperscale data centers, AI infrastructure, or HPC environments.
• Experience supporting high-density data hall or HAC-related design and deployment.
• Familiarity with technical documentation such as one-line diagrams, P&IDs, and network diagrams.
• Knowledge of 1P, 3P, colocation, and cloud service provider delivery models.
