Data Center Field Technician Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Clean, organize, and process Bitcoin mining equipment in a warehouse setting
• Assemble and disassemble miners and components, safely handling equipment over 45 lbs
• Perform structured inspections and use diagnostic tools to identify hardware faults
• Triage equipment for repair, escalation, or recycling
• Install, repair, and maintain Bitcoin miners at client data center sites
• Communicate with clients on-site and submit service reports
• Mentor newer apprentices and assist with team coordination in later phases

Requirements

• Ability to lift 45+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn hands-on
• Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to follow detailed processes and maintain quality standards
• Comfortable with travel and flexible scheduling
