About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage key account relationships at appropriate decision-making levels to ensure LG is positioned to win profitable business.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account business plans, identifying total opportunities, key decision-makers, and competitors.
- Lead and coordinate action-oriented account plans by integrating input from regional sales, service, and support teams.
- Develop proposals, value propositions, and manage contract negotiations for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate resources across sales, marketing, and operations to achieve regional sales objectives.
- Build and maintain connections with third-party influencers, including consulting engineers, EPCs, and contractors.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market trends to the company.
- Conduct customer relationship reviews as part of the voice of customer process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
- At least 5 years of professional sales experience.
- Proven track record in key account selling within the Data Center industry in Asia.
- Strong strategic thinking, planning, and project management skills.
- High level of commercial and financial acumen.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, specifically with hyperscale key accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in major account selling.
- Technical experience with HVAC and Building Control systems.
- Knowledge of electrical infrastructure in the Data Center industry, particularly industrial power protection solutions.
