About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage key account relationships at appropriate decision-making levels to ensure LG is positioned to win profitable business.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account business plans, identifying total opportunities, key decision-makers, and competitors.
  • Lead and coordinate action-oriented account plans by integrating input from regional sales, service, and support teams.
  • Develop proposals, value propositions, and manage contract negotiations for assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate resources across sales, marketing, and operations to achieve regional sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain connections with third-party influencers, including consulting engineers, EPCs, and contractors.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report market trends to the company.
  • Conduct customer relationship reviews as part of the voice of customer process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
  • At least 5 years of professional sales experience.
  • Proven track record in key account selling within the Data Center industry in Asia.
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and project management skills.
  • High level of commercial and financial acumen.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, specifically with hyperscale key accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in major account selling.
  • Technical experience with HVAC and Building Control systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical infrastructure in the Data Center industry, particularly industrial power protection solutions.
