Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive amounts of compute infrastructure for AI. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them with teams spanning hardware and software to build civilization-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end contracts management across EPC construction, engineering, design services, and equipment procurement for programs valued between $500M and $2.5B+
• Lead negotiation of EPC, GMP, lump sum, and design-build contracts exceeding $200M
• Develop the contracts playbook and clause library, including bonding, LD frameworks, and IP ownership
• Structure GC procurement for supply-constrained markets and serve as the primary commercial contact for change orders and claims
• Coordinate with legal on enforcement, notices, and surety bond claims
• Build the contracts function from the ground up, including tooling, workflows, and document management

Requirements

• Experience managing construction contracts on heavy civil, industrial, or mission-critical infrastructure
• Proven track record negotiating EPC, GMP, and design-build contracts exceeding $200M
• Deep knowledge of AIA, ConsensusDocs, or FIDIC forms
• Experience running performance bond and surety programs
• Ability to manage contractor disputes, claims, and enforcement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data center or hyperscale infrastructure
• Proficiency with Procore, ACC, Ariba, Coupa, or NetSuite
• Knowledge of project finance and construction loan mechanics
• Experience with modular or prefabricated delivery
