Data Center Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee multiple data center projects of varied capacities to ensure schedules and budgets are met
• Manage end user fit out in coordination with landlord fit out timelines
• Liaise between internal stakeholders, data center providers, and external consultants
• Manage projects from concept stage through to completion
• Coordinate procurement, contractor management, and design oversight
• Handle schedule development, quality control, workflow management, and risk management

Requirements

• 7+ years of construction project management, coordination, or superintendent experience in data center construction
• High level of experience in mechanical and electrical systems, including liquid-cooled data centers
• Extensive experience in procurement and contractor management
• Proven ability to deliver results and make data-backed decisions
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to travel 4-6 weeks per year

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management or engineering degree
• Experience with PlanGrid, Autodesk Build, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, REVIT/BIM, or MS Office
