Data Center Construction Manager

Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive amounts of compute infrastructure for AI. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them with teams spanning hardware and software to build civilization-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day site execution for greenfield and brownfield GPU data center builds
• Orchestrate general contractors, trades, and vendors to deliver facilities at extreme power and cooling density
• Build, maintain, and execute integrated schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
• Enforce safety programs and drive a zero-incident culture across all subcontractors
• Coordinate CSA and MEP trades and resolve field conflicts in real time
• Verify QA/QC, submittals, RFI, and change-order processes
• Track and report daily progress, spend, earned value, and resource loading
• Lead scopes of work for critical-path trades and manage construction contracts from award through close-out

Requirements

• Experience managing hyperscale, semiconductor, or mission-critical construction projects
• Deep knowledge of CSA and MEP construction phases, procurement workflows, and cost controls
• Proficiency building and driving integrated schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Strong ability to enforce safety standards with subcontractors
• Experience coordinating across Design, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction management qualification
• Experience with liquid cooling or high-density power builds
• Experience with multi-site international delivery
